Who holds your information

This policy follows Vietnam’s personal data protection law and the rules issued under it that are currently in force.

What we collect

When you ask for a light mock-up:

Your name and phone number, to send the drawing and call you back.
Your email, if you would like the drawing by email.
One to three photos of the room.
Ceiling height, table size, the lamp you are interested in, and any notes you add.
The time you ticked the consent box.

When you book a visit: name, phone number, email, date, time and number of people.

When you order: the installation address and the details for your electronic invoice.

A room photo can show furniture, papers on a desk or people at home. Look it over before you send it and retake it if you need to. We do not need people in the picture.

What we use it for

Drawing your light mock-up and quoting a price.
Getting back to you about the drawing, a visit or an order.
Delivering, installing and servicing your lamp under warranty.

We do not sell or rent your information, share it for advertising, or send promotions. We never publish a photo of your room unless we ask first and you agree in writing.

Where it is stored, and who sees it

Photos are kept in private storage on Cloudflare R2; requests and bookings are kept in a Cloudflare D1 database. Both sit in the workshop’s own Cloudflare account, are not public, and have no link anyone could open. Cloudflare’s servers may be located outside Vietnam.

Only the four of us can see it. If you message us on Zalo, your messages and photos also sit on Zalo under Zalo’s own terms.

How long we keep it

No order: photos and contact details are deleted after 12 months.
With an order: we keep a warranty record (name, phone, installation address, configuration, lamp number) for 24 months. Invoices are kept for as long as accounting law requires.
If you ask us to delete something sooner, we do, except what the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time. Send an email or call; we reply within 72 hours. Withdrawing consent does not undo what was done before, but we cannot draw a mock-up without the photos.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies to track you or to advertise to you. The only thing stored is your choice of light or dark theme, which stays in your browser and is never sent to us.
