Delivery and installation: free in Ho Chi Minh City
In Ho Chi Minh City we deliver and install free of charge once per order, and set the height right there in your home. Elsewhere in Vietnam, lamps travel in a wooden crate with an illustrated guide, and shipping is quoted before you pay.

Lamps are delivered three weeks after your deposit. If we are late, the order is 5% cheaper for each week.
In Ho Chi Minh City: free delivery and fitting
Tô Minh Khang brings the lamp, hangs it, connects it and sets the height on the spot. This is free once per order, in every ward of the city.
The height on the drawing is a starting point. Once the lamp is up, Khang asks you to sit at the table or on the bed and raises or lowers it a little at a time until it looks right to you. Over a dining table the bottom usually ends up 70 to 80 cm above the top. A ceiling as low as 2.6 m still works over a table; see our note on pendants and low ceilings.
What to have ready:
- A ceiling outlet where the lamp will hang, or tell us in advance so we bring an offset swag hook (VND 150,000) if it is not over the table.
- A clear path to the spot for a ladder.
- An adult at home during the installation.
Once it is up, you switch it on, and only then pay the remaining 50%. Khang photographs the number under the canopy for our ledger.
A second visit for the same order (if you split delivery, for example) is quoted in advance.
Other provinces: a wooden crate and a picture guide
Lamps are packed in a wooden crate, with the shades braced so they never touch the sides. Inside is an illustrated, step-by-step installation guide and Khang’s phone number for questions on the day. Any local electrician can fit it, because the lamp takes a standard E27 bulb.
Shipping is quoted before you pay, depending on how many lamps and where they are going. If you want us to install, travel and installation days are quoted separately. At Nhà Chín Phòng in Đà Lạt, for example: crate shipping VND 1,200,000, travel and two days of installation VND 3,000,000 (an illustrative project; figures are made up).
We deliver within Vietnam only.
Damage in transit
If a lamp is damaged on the way, that is our problem: open the crate, photograph the damage and send it straight away, and we repair or remake the lamp. Details are in our order terms; other questions are on the FAQ.
