Trained in interior design, seven years of café lighting before founding the workshop in 2021. Draws every light mock-up.
Lâm Văn Lộc
Brass frame maker
Bending brass since he was 16. Softens each rod with a torch and bends it on a wooden jig, about half a day per frame.
Huỳnh Thị Mến
Rattan, seagrass and dó paper shades
Learned to weave from her mother. Weaves on wooden moulds so a set matches; one Hạ Chí shade takes two days.
Tô Minh Khang
Wiring, installation and warranty
Six years as a building electrician. Lights every lamp for 24 hours, delivers, fits, sets the height and answers the warranty phone.
