Which bulb and where to buy one, low ceilings, mould on rattan, deposit, lead time.
What bulb does it take, and where do I buy a new one?
A standard E27 LED, 2700K, 6 W, sold in any electrical shop. Every lamp comes with one bulb and a spare.
My ceiling is 2.6 m. Can I hang a pendant?
Yes, over a table or a bed where nobody walks underneath, with the bottom 70 to 80 cm above the table. Not over a walkway.
Does rattan go mouldy?
Shades get a matte moisture coat. In a ventilated room they stay clean; avoid porches and bathrooms. Brush off dust monthly.
How much is the deposit?
50% when you approve the drawing, 50% after installation once you have switched the lamp on. Bank transfer, e-invoice.
How long until I have the lamp?
Three weeks from the deposit. If the workshop is late, 5% off the order for each week.
Is the light mock-up free?
The first version is free and arrives within 48 hours. Revisions until you are happy, with no obligation to order.
Do you deliver outside Ho Chi Minh City?
Yes, in a wooden crate with an illustrated guide; shipping is quoted before you pay. Fitting outside the city is quoted for travel.
What does the warranty cover?
Frame and shade for 24 months; bulbs and cable per manufacturer. Made-to-order lamps are not returnable except for workshop faults.
What is raw brass, and will it tarnish?
Brass with no lacquer. It darkens to a honey brown over one to two years. For a fixed colour, choose matte black or white at the same price.
My café cannot close for a day of installation.
The café set includes one overnight installation: we arrive after closing and finish before you open.
