24-month warranty and lamp care
Frame and shade are covered for 24 months; bulbs and cable follow the manufacturer's warranty. Most of the care is a monthly dusting and hanging the lamp in a dry room.

What the warranty covers
The brass frame and the shade are covered for 24 months from installation, tracked by the number under the canopy and its line in our ledger. A bent frame or opened joint, strands coming loose on a shade, a peeling coating, a loose socket caused by our workmanship: we repair or remake it free of charge.
Bulbs and cable are covered by their manufacturers. If one fails, fit the spare from the box.
Not covered: raw brass darkening, shades damaged by hanging in a bathroom, on a porch or in a damp room, shades cleaned with water, and lamps taken apart or repaired by someone outside the workshop.
Rattan and seagrass
Dust once a month with a dry cloth or soft brush. No sprays, no damp cloths. The matte moisture coat slows down how much damp the fibre takes up; it does not make it waterproof. If spots appear, send us a photo before you try anything yourself. More on the rattan page and in our note on rattan in the rainy season.
Dó paper
Dó paper (giấy dó, made from the bark of the dó tree) is strong, but keeping it dry is the whole job. A soft feather duster only, no damp cloths, no oily fingers. Hang it in an air-conditioned room, never in a bathroom or kitchen or a closed-up room in the rainy season. See the dó paper page.
Raw brass
Raw brass has no lacquer and darkens over the years. Dust it with a soft dry cloth. Skip polish and cleaners: polish one spot and it turns into a bright patch against the rest. Matte black and white frames just need a dry cloth. See the brass page.
Replacing an E27 bulb
Every lamp takes an E27 bulb, the standard screw fitting sold everywhere in Vietnam.
- Switch off and give the bulb a few minutes to cool.
- Steady the shade with one hand and unscrew the bulb anticlockwise with the other.
- Fit an LED bulb marked E27, 2700K, 6 W.
LED only. Never put an incandescent or high-wattage bulb inside a rattan, seagrass or paper shade. For dimming, the bulb must be marked dimmable and paired with a wall dimmer.
When a lamp fails
Call 0900 000 002 or message us on Zalo, Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00 to 18:00. Tô Minh Khang answers. Have ready:
- The number under the canopy.
- A photo or short video of the problem.
- What is wrong: no light, flickering, buzzing, or a problem with the shade or frame.
Try a different bulb first; most lamps that stay dark just have a dead bulb. If it still fails, Khang books a visit for orders in Ho Chi Minh City, or explains how to send the lamp back for orders in other provinces. Other questions are on the FAQ and contact pages.
